Calendly for Zoom now available for U of T Zoom accounts

Academic, Research and Collaborative technologies (ARC) is pleased to announce the Calendly for Zoom integration is now available to the University of Toronto community.  

Once installed, users can connect their individual Calendly profiles directly to their University Zoom accounts, enabling meeting hosts to include Zoom as an event location for appointments in Calendly. When an appointment is scheduled for Zoom, Calendly will automatically generate video conferencing details and include them in the confirmation email and calendar event sent to the invitee.

Community members can connect their individual Calendly accounts to their University Zoom accounts by following these step-by-step instructions: https://calendly.com/integrations/zoom 

When prompted to log in to Zoom, users should select sign in with SSO and enter utoronto into the company domain field to connect to the U of T Zoom environment.
