The University of Toronto is rolling REDCap on a per-division/department basis. The criteria for eligibility are determined by appointed divisional and/or departmental leadership. Persons wishing to request a REDCap account should complete the onboarding form.

Upon submission, the assigned departmental contact will receive an email notification containing the applicant’s details for review. The departmental contact will approve or reject the request or reach out to the applicant for additional clarification using the contact information provided with the submission. Note that applicants from the Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education (KPE), the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) should NOT use this form. Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education (KPE) requests can be submitted here. Other applicants should reach out to the departmental contacts.

Requests are processed on a department and division-wide level. Meaning that requests should be made on behalf of an entire department or division willing to engage with the REDCap Operations team to determine an appropriate on-boarding strategy. Individuals looking to gain more information about REDCap access should navigate through this list and contact your respective divisional/departmental REDCap representative to inquire about eligibility requirements. If your faculty is not listed in the departmental contact list, please contact us by emailing redcap@utoronto.ca
